Instructions

  • Prepare marinade by whisking the ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Season the pork chops with salt and pepper
  • Place the pork chops in the marinade for at least an hour, but overnight would be even better.
  • Set the pellet grill to 400 degrees F. remove the pork chops from the marinade and pat dry. Reserve the marinade for basting. Grill the pork chops for about 5 minutes per side until they reach an internal temp of about 125 degrees F.
  • Baste the reserved marinate onto the pork chops on both sides until the marinade caramelizes. The final internal temperature of the pork should be between 145-155 degrees F. depending on how you prefer. Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before slicing
