Pitmaster IQ Smoker Fan Review - Brisket in a Beer Bath
A same day brisket recipe to test out the Pitmaster IQ Smoker fan.

- • 1 bottle Beer
- • 1 can beef broth
- • 1 5-8 lb brisket flat
- • 1 BBQ Dry Rub Recipe
1.Smoke brisket until an internal temperature of 140 degrees F.
2.Mix beer and broth together (about a 50:50 ratio).
3.Foil brisket and add enough beer broth mixture to surround but not cover the brisket.
4.Keep cooking brisket until an internal temperature of 203-210 degrees.
