Butter Injected Grilled Turkey

A grilled butter injected turkey recipe.


For the injection:

For the dry rub:

  • 1 T Black Pepper
  • 1 T Salt
  • 1 T Red Pepper
  • 1 T Dried Parsley
  • 1 T Dried Onion Flakes

The bird

  • 1 Turkey


  • Melt butter and add salt. Add injection mix to the needle and inject multiple times throughout the turkey.
  • Mix together dry rub ingredients and apply all over turkey.
  • Grill over indirect heat until internal temperature reaches at least 165 degrees.
