Butter Injected Grilled Turkey
A grilled butter injected turkey recipe.
For the dry rub:
- 1 T Black Pepper
- 1 T Salt
- 1 T Red Pepper
- 1 T Dried Parsley
- 1 T Dried Onion Flakes
Melt butter and add salt. Add injection mix to the needle and inject multiple times throughout the turkey.
Mix together dry rub ingredients and apply all over turkey.
Grill over indirect heat until internal temperature reaches at least 165 degrees.
