A great use for leftover BBQ brisket. Delicious smoked BBQ brisket on a soft hoagie roll with cheese.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Leftover BBQ brisket
  • ¼ cup BBQ Sauce
  • ½ cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Hoagie Rolls

Instructions

  • Reheat BBQ brisket smothered in BBQ sauce in a 350 degree oven for about 30-45 min.
  • Layer BBQ brisket on hoagie roll.
  • Sprinkle cheese on top.
  • Place sub with cheese back in the oven to melt the cheese.
