Leftover Smoked BBQ Brisket
A great use for leftover BBQ brisket. Delicious smoked BBQ brisket on a soft hoagie roll with cheese.
- 16 oz Leftover BBQ brisket
- ¼ cup BBQ Sauce
- ½ cup Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Hoagie Rolls
Reheat BBQ brisket smothered in BBQ sauce in a 350 degree oven for about 30-45 min.
Layer BBQ brisket on hoagie roll.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Place sub with cheese back in the oven to melt the cheese.
