Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese in Air Fryer

A pulled pork grilled cheese sandwich topped with classic coleslaw made in the air fryer using leftover pulled pork.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Classic White Miche Bread (Panera Bread) Or thick Cut Bread
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 oz Shredded Gouda Cheese
  • 2 oz Havarti
  • 1 tbsp BBQ Sauce
  • 8 oz Pulled Pork Using leftover pork
  • ¼ cup Coleslaw

Instructions

  • Slice the classic white miche bread into 1 inch thick slices and butter on one side of each slice. Place the bread in the air fryer butter side up and toast for about 5 minutes at 375 degrees F. until golden brown.
  • While bread is toasting heat up your leftover pulled pork in a pan with bbq sauce until warm and set aside
  • Once the bread is toasted flip the bread over and top one side with havarti and the other with smoked gouda. Place back in the air fryer for about 3 minutes at 375 degrees F until melted.
  • top the grilled cheese with coleslaw on one side and the bbq pulled pork on the other. Assemble the sandwich and slice in half. Enjoy!!

Notes

Serving size: 1 Big Ass Sandwich!!
You should be able to make 4 sandwiches out of a loaf of the Classic White Miche Bread from Panera. If you don't have a Panarea Bread near you you can use Texas toast or any thick cut bread you like.
