Grilled Garlic Shrimp

- • 1 Whole Head Garlic
- • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- • 2 Teaspoons Black Pepper
- • 20-30 Raw Shrimp with skin on or simply as many as you want to eat
Peel and dice garlic.
Mix shrimp, garlic, oil and black pepper in a bowl and refrigerate for about an hour.
Use two skewers to secure about 5 shrimp. Prepare grill for medium low heat and grill shrimp for about 3 min per side until the color turns a rich orange.
