A keto friendly cheesesteak recipe using green pepper buns.

Ingredients
Green Peppers
Cheddar cheese slices
Sliced steak
Sliced onion
Jalapeños or pepperoncini peppers
Instructions
Cut peppers
Fry sliced steak
Fry onions and peppers and combine with cooked steak.
Fill peppers with steak and cheese and drizzle with avocado oil if you want to increase the fat a little.
Bake at 400 for 15-20 min or grill in indirect heat for 20 min and then put over direct heat to char.
Notes
1 serving would be two halves full of steak and cheese. The little bit of carbs from the onion on top of the carbs from the pepper would be under 10 for both halves.
