Ingredients

  • 1 lbs Pork Loin Smoked and Chopped
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • ½ cup` Fresh Pico De Gallo
  • 2 tbsp BBQ Sauce

Instructions

  • Chop up smoked pork in a food prossesor, pulse until you have small even pieces
  • Combine all ingredients and fold together until smooth
  • place mixture in a baking dish. Top with cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees F. Serve with crispy dippers like tortilla chips or pork rinds
