Cast Iron Smoked Barbecue Beans
saute diced onions, bell peppers and jalapeno in a cast iron skillet until softened then brown off sausage until almost fully cooked.
drain and rinse the canned beans then add to the skillet. add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
Smoke or bake the barbecue beans for 1 hour at 350 degrees F. Stir the beans at the 30 minute mark.
