  • 12" Cast Iron Skillet



  • saute diced onions, bell peppers and jalapeno in a cast iron skillet until softened then brown off sausage until almost fully cooked.
  • drain and rinse the canned beans then add to the skillet. add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
  • Smoke or bake the barbecue beans for 1 hour at 350 degrees F. Stir the beans at the 30 minute mark.
