Keto Buffalo Chicken Dip
This Keto Buffalo Chicken Dip is ready in less than 15 minutes with big buffalo chicken flavor. Perfect easy appetizer.
Preheat oven to Broil
In a mixing bowl add 1 can of chicken breast (drained) along with celery, jalapeno, scallions, Spicy Dan-O Seasoning, ½ cup shredded cheddar and 2 tbsp Buffalo Sauce. Break up the chicken breast and stir ingridients together.
Add softened cream cheese and Dukes Mayo and microwave for 2 minutes. Combine all ingredients then transfer mixture to a 6 inch cast iron skillet. Top with remaining shredded cheddar and buffalo sauce as well as crumbled bleu cheese.
Broil for about 5 minuts until cheese is golden and bubbly. rest for 2 minutes and serve with your favorite dippers.
