Boil pasta in salted water for 8-10 minutes until fully cooked, Strain and dry completly. Add pasta to a large bowl then toss with avocado oil and seasoning.
Spread pasta out on the trays and place in the air fryer to cook for about 15 minutes shaking and turning occationally every few minutes. You want to cook them as long as possible without burning them for maximum crispiness.
Once the pasta chips are crispy toss with fresh chopped cilantro and cotija cheese and a sqeeze of fresh lime. Serve with dipping suace of choice.
