Instructions
Make a slit in the hot dog all the way from end to end so you can butterfly it open but don't cut all the way through.
Fold the cheddar cheese into thin strips and line the inside of the hot dog with cheese. Wrap each dog with 2 slices of bacon, making sure to cover the dog completely. secure bot ends with toothpicks
Place the bacon-wrapped hot dogs on the pellet grill and cook for about 40 minutes at 325 degrees F. until bacon is crispy.
Serve with your choice of sauces and buns

You can reheat bacon-wrapped hot dogs in the oven or air fryer at 350 degrees F. for about 6-10 minutes until warm.
