Bacon Wrapped Cheddar Stuffed Hotdogs

Ingredients

  • 8 4oz Jumbo Beef Hot Dogs
  • 8 Hot Dog Buns Potato Rolls
  • 8 slices Cheddar Cheese
  • 16 slices Bacon

Instructions

  • Make a slit in the hot dog all the way from end to end so you can butterfly it open but don't cut all the way through.
  • Fold the cheddar cheese into thin strips and line the inside of the hot dog with cheese. Wrap each dog with 2 slices of bacon, making sure to cover the dog completely. secure bot ends with toothpicks
  • Place the bacon-wrapped hot dogs on the pellet grill and cook for about 40 minutes at 325 degrees F. until bacon is crispy.
  • Serve with your choice of sauces and buns

Notes

You can reheat bacon-wrapped hot dogs in the oven or air fryer at 350 degrees F. for about 6-10 minutes until warm.
