These cast iron loaded Reuben fries have all the elements of your favorite Reuben sandwich just piled on top of hot, crispy fries.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Corned Beef cooked
  • 1/2 cup Sauerkraut
  • 1 cup Swiss Cheese Shredded
  • 1/4 cup Russian Dressing
  • 1 tsp Caraway seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt

Russian Dressing

Instructions

  • Chop up cooked corned beef and place in a pan on low with sauerkraut. Cook just until warm and set aside. Shred Swiss cheese and set aside.
  • Prepare Russian dressing by combining mayo, ketchup, pickles, paprika, honey, and hot sauce.
  • Fry your French fries using an air fryer or deep fryer until crispy, season with kosher salt
  • Once fries are hot, transfer to a cast iron skillet and top with corned beef, sauerkraut, and shredded Swiss. Broil for about 2-4 minutes until cheese is melted.
  • Top with Russian dressing and caraway seeds

Notes

Russian dressing recipe will make about 3-4 servings
