  • Cube up the brisket into large chunks and place into a foil pan or cast iron skillet along with diced onions.
  • Pour in the beef broth, bbq sauce, and dry rub, then cover with foil
  • Bake at 350 for 1 hour until beef is tender.
  • Pour beef along with the juices into a food processor and pulse just a few times until the meat is shredded. If you prefer larger chunks, you can hand-chop the beef to your liking.
  • Serve on top of sandwiches, tortillas, baked potatoes, or whatever you like.
