  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. (175 C.)
  • Combine all ingredients except blackberries in a large mixing bowl and fold them together using a spatula. Gently fold half of the blackberries into the oat mixture.
  • Scoop the oat mixture into 6oz greased ramekins top each ramekin with a few blackberries. Drizzle a few drops of additional honey on top if desired and bake for about 25-30 minutes.
  • Let ramekins cool for 5 minutes before serving. Let completely cool before refrigerating.
