Creamy Sriracha Dipping Sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat the pellet grill to 300 degrees F.
  • Cut Spam into equal size fries. About 24 per can.
  • Toss spam fries in a bowl along with sriracha and bbq dry rub. Transfer spam fries to a wire rack and lay them out with about 1/2 inch space between each fry.
  • Smoke for about 1 hour at 300 degrees F until the spam fries have developed a crust.
  • To prepare the Creamy Sriracha Sauce simply whisk together Mayo, Sriracha, soy sauce, lime and honey.
  • Serve immediately with dipping sauce on the side.

Notes

Serving Size about 6 Fries with 2 tbsp of dipping sauce.
Spam Fries are best to be eaten immediately, they don't reheat well and I see no point in freezing them.
This recipe can be made in the oven or air fryer if you don't have a pellet grill.
Air Fry: 375 degrees F for 8-10 minutes
Oven: 375 degrees F. for 30-40 minutes
