Instructions

  • Preheat the Smoker to 225 Degrees F.
  • Combine all of the spices and brown sugar together so the ingredients are well-mixed.
  • Toss the almonds in a large bowl with olive oil until well coated. Let sit for 5 minutes to absorb. Slowly pour in the spice mix, tossing simultaneously to coat the almonds.
  • Spread out the nuts on a pan or mesh basket and smoke for about 1 hour.
  • Let the nuts cool completely before transferring into an airtight container.

Notes

Serving size about 3oz.
Store Smoked Almonds for up to 2 months in a sealed container.
DO NOT FREEZE.
