Find the seem on the peaches and then use a knife to cut into the peach until you hit the pit. then rotate the peach all the way around with the blade in contact with the pit. Gra the peach with 2 hands and twist the peach so it seperates into 2 halves. Use your finger or a spoon to remove the pit.
Season the peach halves with bbq honey rub seasoning and then grill for about 2 minutes at about 500 degrees F. Just until you have beautiful grill marks.
Let the peaches cool then prepare the sriracha honey glaze by whisking together honey, lime and sriracha. drizzle the glaze over the grilled peaches and serve.
