This Leftover Brisket Recipe gives new life to smoked beef brisket so not a single bite of beef is waisted and who doesn't love queso dip

Ingredients

– 2 tbsp Smoked Paprika – 2 tbsp Light Chili Powder – 2 tbsp Kosher Salt – 1 tbsp Coarse Ground Black Pepper – 1 tbsp Granulated Onion

Step 1

In a food Processor pulse 1 lb of cooked smoked brisket until chopped into even pieces.

Step 2

Add Chopped Brisket along with all other ingredients to a 8 inch Skillet.

Step 3

Add Chopped Brisket along with all other ingredients to a 8 inch Skillet.

Step 4

Set your Smoker to 325 degrees F. and cook Queso Dip for about 30 minutes.
