I’ve been all about the no sugar no grains lately. If you want to read about how much weight I’ve lost and how great I feel doing a low carb lifestyle, please read this. Slice the green peppers and pull out the insides.
My grocery store has sliced sirloin already cut up and it works great. I put some in a frying pan along with some pepperocini peppers.

I threw mine in an oven tonight at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes until the cheese was melted. For grilling, set up and indirect heat and place the peppers there for about 15 min and then move them over direct heat to get some smokey char!
What a fantastic low carb cheesesteak recipe. Sub rolls are usually about 40-50 grams of carbohydrates so you can have a green pepper sub for about 6 (1 green pepper is about 6 grams of carbs).
