As someone who grew up eating spam as kid I can tell you I have loved spam for a long time. This recipe is something new that I wanted to try out and boy was it a hit. After the first bite I know this recipe had to go on my blog to share with my readers.
Why These Spam Fries Are the Best
- Simple: These spam fries are made with only 3 ingredients that you probably already have.
- Cheap: Spam is a very affordable source of protein, very salty but quite tasty.
- Fun: This is an appetizer I Ade with my nephew. It only has a few steps so kids can help make this recipe.
Ingredient List
- Spam: As you can see I used the less sodium version since we are adding seasoning you don't want to overpower the spam which is already very salty
- Sriracha: You can use any brand that you prefer, I have personally really loved this Week Knees Gochjang Sriracha a lot lately.
- Dry Rub: In this recipe look for a rub that's not to salty and more herbaceous and sweet.
- Sauce: For the dipping sauce you'll need Sriracha, mayo, soy sauce, lime and honey.
How to Make Spam Fries

- Add the spam fries to a bowl and coat with sriracha and your dry rub seasoning.
