I came up with this recipe as a dipping sauce for the smoked bacon wrapped onion rings. I have had an overwhelming response about just how amazing this sriracha mayo sauce is with a bunch of suggestions on its use, ranging from a potato chip dipping sauce to a burger sauce. I tested it out as a burger sauce and yes it works well!!!
This might be my new favorite way of making a burger. I used a pretzel roll, grilled Vidalia onions, fresh avocado, a fried egg, and cheddar cheese, all smothered with sriracha mayo. Wow!
