Buffalo Chicken dip isn't overly spicy but you can always add extra hot sauce to kick it up a notch if you like the heat.

Ingredients to Make Buffalo Chicken Dip

Step by Step Instructions Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to Broil
  2. In a mixing bowl add 1 can of chicken breast (drained) along with celery, jalapeno, scallions, Spicy Dan-O Seasoning, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar and 2 tbsp Buffalo Sauce. Break up the chicken breast and stir ingridients together. 
  3. Add softened cream cheese and Dukes Mayo and microwave for 2 minutes. Combine all ingredients then transfer mixture to a 6 inch cast iron skillet. Top with remaining shredded cheddar and buffalo sauce as well as crumbled bleu cheese. 
  4. Broil for about 5 minuts until cheese is golden and bubbly. rest for 2 minutes and serve with your favorite dippers.
